Job Details:
- The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors.
- This role involves managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating board meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth communication between the CEO and the Board with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Ensure secure storage and management of confidential documents.
Project Management:
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
- Track progress and ensure timely completion of projects.
Communication and Relationship Management:
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO, board members, and other stakeholders.
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred.
