We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Processor to join our team.
The Payroll Processor will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations, and maintaining complete and accurate payroll records.

The Payroll Processor will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations, and maintaining complete and accurate payroll records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process biweekly payroll for all employees accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure all payroll transactions are processed correctly, including salary adjustments, bonuses, overtime, and deductions
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, vacation, sick days, and other leave
- Verify timekeeping records and address any discrepancies or issues
- Prepare and distribute payroll checks or direct deposits to employees
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to payroll and employment taxes
- Generate payroll reports for management as needed
- Assist with payroll audits and tax filings
- Stay informed about changes in payroll laws and regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing
- Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations
- Familiarity with payroll software and systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation
- Experience working with ADP or other payroll processing systems
