If so, we are looking for YOU to be our co FOH manager! Our 60 seat cafe is looking for a front of the house manager to join our team. We are high volume and fast paced-mainly counter service. As FOH manager you will be responsible for running the day, ensuring high quality products and excellent guest service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front of house, including the dining area, bar, and customer service.
- Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
- Train and supervise front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely delivery of orders.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front of house area.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and place orders as needed.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards.
- Proficient in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with bartending and beverage service is preferred.
- Understanding of food service management principles.
