Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead a team of operations professionals, ensuring efficiency and quality in metal fabrication and stamping processes.
- Strategic Planning: Design and implement strategies that align with company goals, with a strong focus on lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement.
- Process Optimization: Identify and execute opportunities to enhance operational performance, improve workflows, and reduce costs.
