What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Office Manager position at Sterling Water Culligan?
Due to a recent promotion, our Waupaca, WI location seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team.
As an Office Manager, your challenge will be to maintain and lead the administrative functions of the dealership to ensure customer satisfaction and retention and to motivate, coach, and develop your office team. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Clearly communicate with customers via phone, email, face-to-face, and chat to schedule appointments, collect payments, investigate reported issues, and respond to inquiries
- Maintain all customer files, electronic and paper, to ensure all necessary documentation is received and process
- Train, supervise, and develop a team of Customer Service Representatives
- Accurately process and approve dealership payroll, including accurately calculating sales commissions
- Provide, compile, and analyze data to make strategic business recommendations
- Accurately track and manage the reporting of inventory
Successful candidates will have:
- 3 years of previous office management experience, including supervisory experience
- A degree in business, office administration, or related field (preferred)
