* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive growth in your defined geographical territory.* Collaborate with dealers, the branch, and corporate to develop and implement effective sales strategies.* Execute national and regional promotions, Point of Purchase, merchandising, and branch programs, working closely with marketing, customer service, finance, and tech departments.* Provide training and support to new and existing dealers on key STIHL programs, ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed.* Foster strong relationships with dealers, understanding their needs and challenges, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.* Analyze dealer performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to enhance overall business growth opportunities.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill this role. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency in MS Office and web-based programs. A background in outdoor power equipment is preferred but not required.
