Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a first point of contact by answering high volumes of incoming calls related to branch expenses.

- Partner with internal team members to resolve escalations and collaborate on problem-solving.
- Educate callers on expense policy updates and clarify profit and loss (P&L) related inquiries.
- Maintain detailed documentation of calls and adhere to call quality and efficiency expectations.
- Participate in monthly department meetings and ongoing training to stay current on policies and best practices.
