STONE Resource Group is partnering with a leading client in the financial services industry to identify a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Customer Service Specialist to join their in-office support team in St. Louis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others solve problems related to branch operations and expenses.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a first point of contact by answering high volumes of incoming calls related to branch expenses.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by offering friendly support, timely responses, and effective solutions to branch associates.
  • Partner with internal team members to resolve escalations and collaborate on problem-solving.
  • Educate callers on expense policy updates and clarify profit and loss (P&L) related inquiries.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of calls and adhere to call quality and efficiency expectations.
  • Participate in monthly department meetings and ongoing training to stay current on policies and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a financial services or customer support environment.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to have difficult conversations professionally.
  • Proven ability to explain complex or policy-driven information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Comfortable using multiple technology platforms and internal systems to assist with inquiries.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a contact center environment.
  • Exposure to accounting or profit and loss (P&L) statements (non-CPA level).
  • High learning agility and ability to adapt quickly to changing processes or systems.
