Job Summary:
The Assistant Site Superintendent at BluCor Construction plays a vital role in supporting the Site Superintendent in the planning, coordination, and supervision of on-site construction activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Project Coordination:
- Support the Site Superintendent in managing day-to-day operations on the construction site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Help in preparing and maintaining project schedules and timelines.
- Quality Control and Safety:
- Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any issues or deficiencies.
- Promote and enforce a culture of safety on the construction site.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Assist in maintaining accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
