Responsibilities
Responsible for trade entry, risk reporting, and general trade assistance
Market analysis and business opportunity studies
Sales and origination
Deal modeling and structuring
Infrastructure and software development
Enterprise risk management
Need to be highly analytical and apply quantitative reasoning to think about commodity valuation and risk management
Communicate effectively within the organization and with customers
Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2024 and August 2025 (entering penultimate year of university)
Available for a JMay 2024 start date for an 8 – 10-week program
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
Strong verbal/written communication abilities and effective interpersonal skills
Strong sense of urgency
Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail
Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
Class: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Physical requirements/Working conditions:
Climate controlled office environment
Minimal physical requirements other than occasional light lifting of boxed materials
Dynamic, time-sensitive environment
