What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney position at Stradley Ronon?
Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP is seeking a Litigation Attorney to work in hybrid or fully remote arrangement based in Philadelphia or Cherry Hill. This attorney will work closely with our Financial Services Litigation Group, representing clients involved in consumer financial services and products. This position presents an exciting opportunity to connect with clients in cases from inception to resolution, work independently commensurate with experience, and gain significant subject matter familiarity and litigation skills along the way.
Candidates with the below experience and credentials are invited to apply:
- 3 years of commercial litigation experience
- Litigation experience drafting pleadings, discovery and trial preparation
- PA and NJ bar admissions preferred
- Consumer finance related litigation experience is not required but considered a plus
