Estate Paralegal

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paralegal to join our thriving Estate Planning Department. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of paralegal experience with a strong focus on estate planning matters. This role will involve a wide range of responsibilities supporting attorneys in all aspects of estate administration, including :

Key Responsibilities :

• Estate Administration :
• Assisting with probate and trust administration proceedings, including gathering and organizing estate assets.
• Preparing and filing necessary court documents, such as inventories, accountings, and petitions.
• Communicating with beneficiaries, executors, and other interested parties.
• Assisting with the distribution of estate assets.
• Estate Planning :
• Preparing estate planning documents, such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Conducting legal research and analysis.
• Assisting with client meetings and consultations.
• Maintaining client files and databases.
• Other Duties :
• Performing general administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Assisting with special projects as needed.
