Position Overview:
We are seeking an outgoing, energetic, and friendly Sales and Enrollment Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our partner brands, engaging directly with consumers to promote and enroll them in our exclusive at-home water delivery service. This is a perfect opportunity for individuals who thrive in a sales environment and enjoy interacting with people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with consumers in retail settings to promote and enroll them in our at-home water delivery service.
- Provide detailed information about the service, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Build rapport with potential customers to facilitate sales and enrollments.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay up-to-date on product offerings and sales techniques.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and represent Summit Retail Solutions and our retail partners with integrity and enthusiasm.
Qualifications:
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present and sell products.
- Ability to lift 30lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be a self-starter who is motivated by achieving and exceeding goals.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
