Job Title: Door-to-Door Canvasser

Position Overview:

We’re looking for outgoing and driven individuals to serve as Door-to-Door Canvassers. In this role, you'll connect with homeowners, introduce them to our services, and generate leads for our sales team. It’s a great opportunity to develop your sales and communication skills while earning competitive pay.

This role also provides a clear path to career advancement—canvassers have the opportunity to become licensed public adjusters with company support, unlocking even greater earning potential.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Reliable vehicle to travel to and from marketing territories

Independent Contractor Status:

As an independent contractor, canvassers have full control over their work. This means:

• You set your own schedule and work at your own pace
• You are responsible for your own transportation, taxes, and insurance
• You may use your own tools (e.g., phone, tablet) unless otherwise provided

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous door-to-door canvassing or sales experience
• Familiarity with storm restoration or home improvement services
