Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review invoices, ensuring expenses are recorded accurately.
- Prepare payment runs, including checks, ACH transfers, and credit card payments.
- Track incoming payments, apply them to customer accounts, and ensure they are recorded correctly in QuickBooks.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and customers to resolve any billing issues and payment inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Act as a liaison between the accounting department and other teams, facilitating effective communication and coordination on accounting matters.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline office workflows, including automation of repetitive tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
