Job Title: Coordinator II
Location: Rochester, NY 14626
Duration: 12 Months On W2 Contract (On-site 5 days/week for at least 6 months, potentially hybrid after 6 months)
Shifts: 8:30am-5:00pm / 10:30am-7:00pm
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required, BS/BA Degree in Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
- 1-2 year’s experience in customer-facing role through either customer or service or sales role
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple conflicting priorities
- Ability to maintain composure through stressful situations
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required
Responsibilities:
- Supporting projects such as product allocation management, analytical reporting of initiatives regarding strategic white glove accounts, enhanced visibility to shipment status, and logistic updates for franchise equipment units in transit
- Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers, with a special focus on high-vulnerability accounts
- Strategically align with the team to enhance the customer experience, with dedicated attention to high-vulnerability accounts
- Create and monitor strategic reporting to support the sales organization
