Join Sunroc Construction as a Concrete Operations Manager and play a key role in leading teams, ensuring quality production, and delivering exceptional service. In this position, you'll oversee concrete operations, manage personnel training, and collaborate with customers to troubleshoot and optimize production. Things You’ll Do
- Manage and provide training for concrete personnel and customers.
- Responsible to oversee the production and verify the quality of all mixes being delivered.
- Monitor employee training and certification.
- Maintain division recruiting, hiring, promotion, and corrective action.
- Assist in customer service through job-site visits and involvement in pre-construction meetings.
- Coordinate trouble shooting of concrete problems related to production and delivery.
- Advise area manager when employee and customer situations are beyond scope of authority.
- Maintain active involvement with industry related associations.
- Prepare and submit reports as required.
- Collect proceeds from all assigned accounts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with applicable concrete operations training and experience.
- Bachelor of Science degree with concrete experience preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving, and technical skills
- Ability to review and analyze financial information
- Strategic thinking skills
- Ability to maintain agreeable relationships with vendors, employees, and customers.
