Hours: 9am to 6pm Monday Through Friday (1 Hour Lunch)
or
Hours: 7am to 4pm Monday Through Friday (1 Hour Lunch)
Job Summary: We are looking for a experienced Service Advisor to take over our Guest Experience detail. This would entail scheduling and coordinating pickup and delivery customers and mobile repair customers. Scheduling appointments would also be a main responsibility as well. You would coordinate with porters to pickup vehicles, write them up, sell necessary work, and coordinate their return to the customer. Mobile repairs would be same. This is a great opportunity for someone that is very organized.

- Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues
- Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations
- Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service, and good employee and community relations
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
- Increase profitability by maximizing sales & executing retail promotions
- Oversee technicians working on customers’ vehicles, including their time management/efficiency, parts ordering, job completion times
- Oversee and participate in quality control
- Participate in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures as appropriate
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ford experience preferred
- Must have OEM dealership experience at least 3 years.
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- CDK experience preferred
- Must pass drug tests - Zero Tolerance
- Must pass background check
- Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control
- Automotive service advisor experience In a dealership with verifiable CSI scores.
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
- Multitasking skills
- Proficient use of computers/business machines
