What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk/Night Audit position at Super 8 Enid?
***The position is required to work the front desk from 3pm to 11pm or 11pm to 7am if needed, part-time.***

What we are looking for in our new team member:
- To serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation.
- Able to work in high stress situations and organized
- Friendly and welcoming to all guests
- Customer Service Attitude
- Able to retain training and information
- Office and computer skills
- Previous experience in hospitality a plus
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inform guests about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Answer phones in a pleasant voice and answer any questions.
- Check-In/Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
- Respond to guests' complaints in a timely and professional manner
- ·Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
- Light housekeeping
