We are seeking a qualified front desk agent with a high level of professionalism and effective decision-making.
Applicants must have strong interpersonal and administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Represents the first point of contact with guests and handles all stages of a guest’s stay.
- Accommodate and anticipate guests' needs, and respond promptly and professionally.
- Acts as the information liaison for the property and guests using all communication avenues.
- Serve as a point of contact for up-to-date information regarding the hotel, area attractions, and events.
- Process and collect payments, accurately adhering to all cashier procedures.
- Maintain a clean and neat front desk area.
- Other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Successful history as a front desk agent or related customer service experience.
- Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
- A task-driven individual who is able to focus on the guest, ensuring complete satisfaction with each transaction/interaction.
- Ability to maintain a composed, gracious and professional attitude.
The Night Auditor is responsible for all night-time front desk and audit functions, as well as providing outstanding guest service at the front desk. The hours for this position are 11 pm - 7 am. Primary responsibilities include: running and printing reports, balancing credit cards, preparing daily deposits, registering guests, answering phones, making and modifying reservations, customer service-related duties, and laundry, cleaning, and breakfast room set up as needed. Night Auditors must possess a positive, updated personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests. Additionally, he or she must have the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and be able to problem-solve in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
