Essential Functions
Culture Ambassador
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention. Conduct stay and exit interviews, analyze data and identify trends that inform retention efforts. Coach and influence leaders to enable high performance and engagement.
- Administer Employee Surveys. Compile, analyze and disseminate results. Partner with leadership on developing and executing improvement action plans.
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships with leaders and employees to provide strategic and tactical guidance on a variety of HR and business-related issues.
- Evaluate discipline recommendations for fairness, consistency, and compliance. Coach leadership on performance management technique. Coach Management to ensure Company Policies are consistently adhered to. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures. Lead and manage investigations. Recommend appropriate actions based on investigation findings.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of compliance requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Maintain data integrity in HRIS.
- Oversees and executes implementation of HR and/or business initiative in assigned business groups. Provides project management expertise through the initiation, management and driving of strategic projects and initiatives and change management.
- Participates in assigned business groups operational meetings, business reviews, and team building.
- Acts as an advisor on HR issues to management of assigned business groups.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency, effectiveness and employee experience.
- Partner with Talent Development Specialist to facilitate effective goal setting, performance review, talent assessment, and talent development processes for assigned business groups.
- Coordinate recruiting for assigned groups by functioning as a liaison between TA and site leadership for talent planning.
- Facilitate effective onboarding by ensuring the timely completion of all pre-employment requirements.
- Conducts new hire orientation.
- Provides day-to-day talent and performance management guidance (coaching, mentoring, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Identifies training/coaching/mentoring needs for departments, managers and employees.
- Partners with other HR team members (Talent, Comp and Benefits) acting as a point of contact and liaison with supported groups to deliver robust HR services.
- Handle other projects, duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Organizational Development, Business or related field.
- 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources
- Working knowledge of employment law (PHR preferred)
- Change Management and experience leading cross-functional teams
- Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP preferred) and advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
