Job Summary: The receptionist position will be to answer phones calls, screen calls, greet visitors, customers, and contractors, interact with the management team, assist department managers, manage the maintenance of general office equipment, internet, and organizational detail of general office practices.
Job Duties:
- Answer and screen incoming calls and transfer calls accordingly.
- Greet customers, vendors, contractors in a professional manner.
- Maintain the office and keep all the office equipment maintenance.
- Provide administrative support via phone or email and assist department managers as needed.
- Perform other clerical receptionist essential functions such as photocopying and faxing.
Required Experience and Education:
- 1-3 years of exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to interact in a positive and professional way with management and co-workers.
- Proficiency in computer skills to include but not limited to Microsoft Suite programs.
- Upbeat and positive attitude.
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
