What You’ll Do
Support and manage end-to-end production workflows for high-quality guest experiences.
Assist internal production leads with event logistics and coordination.
Engage with guests online, responding promptly and authentically.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve guest communication and optimize FAQs.
Master internal tools, trainings, and processes to drive efficient daily operations.
Advocate for guests by supporting initiatives that enhance overall experience.
Your Day-to-Day
Manage guest interactions and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate event logistics, ensuring smooth execution.
Work closely with internal teams to enhance guest engagement and communication.
Utilize tools like Salesforce and Asana to streamline processes.
Identify and implement best practices to improve production workflows.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 4 years in event production, hospitality, or social media community management.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of production workflows, with experience using tools like Salesforce and Asana preferred.
Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken, read, and written).
Work Ethic: Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and resolve issues quickly.
