Key Responsibilities
- Architect and Design Solutions:
- Create comprehensive integration architectures and designs that meet the technical and business requirements of clients.
- Oversee the development and deployment of integration solutions, ensuring high-quality and scalable outcomes.
- Solutions Estimation:
- Assess project requirements and provide accurate time and resource estimations for integration projects.
- Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to develop comprehensive project proposals.
- Execute Integration Projects:
- Develop and implement technical solutions to integrate third-party applications with ETO and Apricot.
- Ensure the successful execution of integration projects according to agreed-upon timelines and objectives.
- Innovation:
- Utilize Integration Platforms as a Service (iPaaS), including Workato and Microsoft Azure, to develop custom connections and SDKs, reducing costs for nonprofit clients and enhancing their experience.
- Propose and develop additional integration tools for the benefit of our nonprofit clients.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in API development, automations, and system integrations.
- Knowledge and experience of the integration project requirements and development lifecycle.
- Project estimation, architecture, and design skills.
- Familiarity with Integration Platforms as a Service (iPaaS) solutions, particularly Workato and Microsoft Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Leadership qualities (if the position involves team leadership).
