What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability and alignment with job requirements
• Facilitate the interview process, including conducting interviews and collecting feedback
• Manage candidate communications and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to conduct candidate screenings via telephone
• Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to change
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills
