- Eagerness to conduct candidate screenings via telephone
- Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to change
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Background in federal contracting or IT recruitment
- Proven ability to negotiate terms of employment
- Experience coordinating interviews with multiple stakeholders
