What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bankruptcy Attorney position at TalentPod Global LLC?
- We are seeking an associate with three or more years of bankruptcy, workout, and/or relevant commercial litigation experience to join its Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy practice group.
- The position involves representing lenders, secured and unsecured creditors, and businesses in a variety of restructuring and insolvency matters with default resolutions, collections and repossessions, loan workouts, and bankruptcy-related matters in federal and state court.
- Knowledge of real estate, maritime, and/or energy law are a plus.
