Job Description:
TanMar Companies, LLC is looking to hire a well-organized, energetic, honest, and self-motivated office administrator with strong bookkeeping skills. We are searching for someone who is strong team player, with a positive attitude, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be well versed in account receivables and invoicing. Additionally, candidate will be required to take direction, prioritize tasks, multi-task, and operate under strict timelines.
Job Responsibilities
- Data Entry
- Maintain accurate job information and files
- Process incoming and outgoing paperwork
- Scanning and electronic filing
- Answering phone
- Work closely with operations and sales force
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a client service environment, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Excellent independent problem solving, decision making, and research skills
- Highly detailed oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate computer working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Web Browsers
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
- TrakQuip experience a plus!
