Primary Duties:
- Conduct outbound communications with customers regarding delinquent accounts, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Pursue the collection of overdue sales tax invoices.
- Handle customer resale certificates through Avalara software.
- Provide necessary documentation to customers upon request.
- Liaise with management to provide updates on customers' tax statuses.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
