Job Overview
This position will conduct company-wide training activities, including new hire activities and ongoing employee development activities. This position will assist with working with area Subject Matter Experts as necessary to develop curriculum and/or research issues surrounding curriculum development. This position will create reports to ensure training adherence and identify training gaps. This position shall work in the company training database system. This position shall also develop, revise, implement and deliver custom training programs, including presentations and resource material. This position includes assisting the Environmental, Health, and Safety Team as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum of a H.S degree or GED
1 to 3 years of related experience

Position responsibilities are carried out in a work environment involving regular and recurring situations with a moderate degree of complexity. This position operates from established and well-known procedures. The position operates independently with little supervision. Errors or omissions in work could have a negative impact on Company due to regulatory/customer guidelines

Job Conditions
Work is performed during the day in an office environment and involves the extensive use of the computer. Extensive close CRT work required. Work may also be performed on manufacturing floor. The noise level in the work environment ranges from quiet to moderate.

- Possess degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Possess strong data base administration skills.
- Possess ability to create accurate training reports.
- Possess and demonstrate initiative.
- Computer and software literacy.
- Apply excellent organizational capabilities with ability to prioritize.
- Prefer previous training experience and understanding of training methodologies, including ability to train to technical information.
- Background in manufacturing training preferred.
- Possess strong presentation skills, including ability to develop presentations and possess strong oral presentation skills.

- Work with area supervisors to create/edit/update training role certification forms.
- Use LMS change plan process to get training role certification forms approved and released
- Organize/scan documents into company training database.
- Conduct training sessions.
- Administer training database by ensuring courses and workgroups are accurately created and maintained. Update and compile information in training database system.
- Create reports as needed to accurately show status of training assignments.
- Researches, plans, organizes and conducts training programs to company personnel.
- Create material for new training programs; reviews, evaluates and modifies existing and proposed programs; recommends appropriate changes.
- Prepares and distributes training aids such as instructional material, handouts, evaluation forms and visual aids.
- Act as a resource to investigate training issues and identify training gaps.
- Contact attendees and department representatives about training program.
- Network with various lines of business to update certification forms, training courses, and rosters when new or revised documents are released.
- Assist with gathering materials for audits.
- Keep training documents up to date by submitting/approving change plans as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
- Act as a liaison between the Environmental, Health, and Safety Program and the training department.
- Encourage adherence to safety procedures by creating materials such as instructional material, handouts, and visual aids. Distribute and/or display this material as necessary.
- Ensure new safety protocols are trained in a timely manner.

Compensation
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $xxx – xxx (subject to change dependent on physical location)
