Job Responsibilities
- Add New Client Acquisition in US Staffing Recruitment
- Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them.
- Must have pre-work experience in various areas of Business Development including Market Research, Database building, inside sales, Lead generation, campaign management, Managed Services, and Client Relationships for the USA
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfil.
- Be accountable for revenue targets.
- Client relationship management
- Experience in Request for Proposal (RFP) work.
