Job Overview
Tecnografic is an industry leader in design and manufacturing of parts for the marine industry.
Originally a family-owned business for over 25 years, Tecnografic is now a female owned and operated business manufacturing parts for boat builders nationally and internationally as well as private boat owners.
The facility is in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The position is available immediately and best suited for someone who values professionalism and hard work. We work as a small dynamic team where everyone is driven and loves what they do.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of sales projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success and enhance customer satisfaction. This could mean one day you are 100% office based - the next you are filling a position that is short staffed on the production floor or doing inventory on a line item.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Every day is different – this role is only suited for people who like a daily challenge.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of sales projects from inception to completion.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure project goals are met.
- Manage conflicts that arise within teams or with customers, ensuring resolution in a timely manner.
- Oversee scope management to prevent project creep and ensure deliverables are met on time.
- Adapt quickly and efficiently to changing project requirements.
- Strive to enhance process efficiency and quality.
- Maintain a comprehensive project portfolio management system to track progress and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of relevant experience desired – some experience in project management, particularly in sales or related fields.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and hold yourself accountable
- Multitasking, excellent time management, and solid communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Very proficient at Microsoft Excel/Word, Outlook, Excel
- Good knowledge of basic IT systems, office equipment, like computers, printers, etc.
- Energetic personality with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English and Spanish.
- Able to work in a team oriented environment
- Must be reliable and punctual
