What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call center rep position at TEKsystems?
JOB DUTIES :
- Provide premium service and build customer relationships through effective telephone, chat, email and social media correspondence.
- Calls will be scheduled for appointments and answer product questions.
REQUIRMENTS :
- Minimum of 2 years of recent customer service experience (retail, fast food, face to face, over the phone) - call center preferred
- Type 40 WPM & Hard Wired High Speed Internet (50 mbps download)
WORK ENVIRONMENT :
- Remote but MUST LIVE IN TEXAS or ARIZONA
- Contract position through January
SCHEDULE : Must be available to work any shift during hours of operation : Mon-Sun 8am-7pm central

Start Date : September 6th & September 27th!
