Regional Liaison Associate

Job Description

The Regional Liaison is responsible for serving as a liaison between consumers, personal care attendants, and Tempus Unlimited Inc. This role involves providing in-person support to visitors with inquiries and documentation related to the Fiscal Intermediary program.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in Spanish or other languages, and have experience with Excel and spreadsheets. Additionally, they should demonstrate a professional, friendly, and understanding personality, with the ability to work efficiently as a team player and individually with minimal direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between consumers, PCAs, and Tempus Unlimited
• Respond to consumer and PCA inquiries and complaints
• Provide in-person assistance with FI documentation or program-related questions
• Help resolve inaccuracies or discrepancies related to reporting of activity time
