Duties:
· Manage personnel effectively and efficiently and be punctual and dependable.
· Communicate and coordinate with the designers and project coordinator daily for accurate completion of installations.
· Communicate with property owners in a clear and respectful manner.
· Train and promote the development of all team members with best practices of installation and company standards.
· Monitor tools, equipment and machinery under your care for needed maintenance, repairs and or replacement
· Track and record all job materials and labor accurately.
· Ability to complete projects within specifications and budgeted times while maintaining clean and safe job sites.
Qualifications:
· 3 years experience in horticulture and professional landscape design/build services.
· CDL Class A Drivers license with air brakes and a clean driving record.
· Proficient with operating Bobcat skid steer loaders, Dingo loaders and 5 ton trucks with trailer.
· Extensive knowledge and experience in installing a variety of Hardscape and Softscape applications.
· Knowledge of trees, shrubs, evergreens, perennials, and soil types.
· Knowledge of how to read and understand landscape plans and blueprints.
· Motivated, self driven, multitask oriented individual who is detail orientated while working in a fun & fast paced environment.
· Strong verbal & written communication skills. You must be able to communicate with your crew and clients effectively and professionally!
· Ability to adapt to an ever-changing jobsite and conditions quickly and effectively within short notice.
· Good time management skills with the ability to work longer days during the week. With the exception of snowplowing, our work is mainly during the week and we try not to work on the weekends.
