Job Summary:

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative roles, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and organizational support.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Maintain filing systems and organize documents
- Handle order entry tasks accurately
- Assist with transcribing and data entry as needed
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Perform tasks related to office management such as supply ordering

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in calendar management and file organization
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with order entry systems is beneficial
- Ability to act as a personal assistant when required
