- Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Maintain filing systems and organize documents
- Handle order entry tasks accurately
- Assist with transcribing and data entry as needed
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Perform tasks related to office management such as supply ordering
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in calendar management and file organization
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with order entry systems is beneficial
- Ability to act as a personal assistant when required
