- Welcome fellow employees, clients, and visitors when they enter the building and give them any pertinent information or directions
- Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries
- Ensure preparation, filing and scanning of client documents;
- Participate in client signing ceremonies;
- File, organize, draft and legal documents and correspondence;
- Case management assistance, i.e. creating files for client matters, data entry into CRM;
- Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees; and
- Purchase & keep inventory of office and breakroom supplies.
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred
- Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
- Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Good proof-reading skills
