Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team! As Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing direction and ensuring that marketing materials are in accordance with our company standards.
General Responsibilities
A. Marketing Materials
- Reviews and assists in the development and processing of all marketing flyers, emails, ads, etc.
- Meets with departments to analyze marketing needs.
- Prepares and plans marketing materials and attends the annual International Council for Shopping Centers (ISCS) convention in Las Vegas
- Administer digital delivery of weekly promotional materials.
- Manage and process information to third-party websites with regards to leasing availability.
- Maintain photo library.
B. Budgets
- Prepare and administer marketing budgets.
- Approve accounts payable vouchers relating to marketing expenses.
- Adjust budget variance for cash flow purposes.
C. Travel
- Travel to annual ICSC convention.
- Assist in booth logistics, installation and other miscellaneous tasks required for convention attendees.
D. Christmas
- Manage recipient card and gift database.
- Maintain inventory of Christmas cards and gift supplies.
- Prepare and administer orders for cards and gifts.
- Prepare cards and gifts for delivery.
- Oversee delivery of cards and gifts.
E. Database Management
- Administrator of ACT databases for Leasing Development and Executive List.
- Management of contacts for Leasing Development and Executive List databases.
F. Website Administration
- Acting Website Administrator for Broadbent and APS websites
- Maintain and update information with regards to leasing availability and marketing materials for Broadbent website.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ experience is preferred.
- Proficient working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software, WordPress software and associated applications.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows applications
- Working knowledge of database applications
- Working knowledge of 4 Color Press applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
