The Chicago Dogs are heading into their eighth season as a member of the American Association of Independent Professional Baseball. Home games are played at the state-of-the-art, 2x Independent Ballpark of the Year, Impact Field. Program Overview:
The Chicago Dogs are seeking students at accredited universities with an existing program for college credit during the Spring and Summer. In this role you will be in control of your career and you will be given the best opportunity to figure out your passion and niche in the sports sales industry. You will work directly with both the Director of Sales, as well as Sales Managers to effectively help support the tickets sales department. Majority of your work will be in the office conducting calls, customer service, market research and creating prospective client business lists.

Responsibilities
-Conduct market research for new business clients within a 20-mile radius of Impact Field.
- Support the Dogs sales team in their day-to-day client activities, services and strategic initiatives (client presentations, prepare market research and meetings materials.)
- Provided administration support for the sales team such as data management, capture, CRM system, pipeline management and client/prospect mapping.
- Must participate in Dogs’ events and represent the organization in a positive way. Required to work weekends, holidays, and late evening hours. Including in event setup when necessary.
- Create/edit client and prospect agreements, when necessary, for sales staff.
- Organize and present daily, weekly and monthly hustle metric numbers to both sales managers for them to properly hold sales individuals accountable.
- Assist with office related duties such as (supplies and mailings.)
Qualifications
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint software.
- Open minded and ready to learn with a willingness to work outside of your comfort zone, while keeping a positive attitude.
