Job Description
The Student Financial Services Support roles are responsible for strengthening, stabilizing, and improving BYU-Pathway Worldwide financial services. Employees will be specialized in assisting with organization systems, escalations, exceptions, policies, and procedures and will be involved in decision-making processes. Financial Services team members will need to develop professional relationships with other university officials and employees for collaboration and unified communication.
Disclaimer: Currently, most employees are working remotely with the expectation of being in the office occasionally throughout the year or as requested by leadership. The incumbent will be expected to work 15-20 hours per week during core department hours, which are Monday - Friday, 7 am - 8 pm.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent or current enrollment in PathwayConnect
- BYU-Pathway Worldwide
- Ensign College
- BYU - Idaho
- Brigham Young University
- BYU-Hawaii (Living in Utah or Idaho)
- Students on an F-1 or J-1 visa must currently be enrolled at Ensign College
