Job Description:
This leader is responsible for overseeing the continuous improvement function and related activities in their plants. The goal is to ensure successful implementation of TRACC through Stage 3, achievement of plant CI objectives, and strengthening of the plant's E2E expertise in operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead TRACC implementation through Stage 3, ensuring strategy alignment across the business, customer-centricity, process integration, team ownership, adherence to tiered problem-solving methodology, data integrity, and risk management.
- Own leadership pilot (learning/modeling) activities at the sites.
- Own implementation plans and Stage progression.
- Implement ITFs (Implementation Task Force) across the site.
- Drive PIPs (Process Improvement Projects) to eliminate losses.
- Review process improvements and provide recommendations for driving results.
- Develop a site improvement strategy.
- Offer Reliability Engineering and Constraint management coaching and implementation.
- Standardize training and documentation as the owner of key processes.
- Address issues based on root cause analysis of deviations in key performance indicators.
- Apply operations excellence to company processes.
- Inculcate the use of operations excellence tools and processes within plants to drive small to large-scale improvements that align with key business strategies.
Requirements:
- 8 Years of manufacturing leadership experience in all operational functions of manufacturing (people, quality, safety, engineering, scheduling, material flow, maintenance, finance).
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferably Engineering or Technology oriented).
- Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, communication, and teambuilding skills.
- Ability to understand manufacturing, business processes, and systems.
- Strong leadership in a TPM/Continuous Improvement environment.
- Experience implementing TRACC continuous improvement methodology.
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute multiple projects/activities.
- Safety leadership experience.
- Flexibility for travel up to 10%.

Salary Range:
The applicable salary range for this role is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
-Zone A: $121,900 - $240,100
-Zone B: $111,700 - $220,100
-Zone C: $101,600 - $200,100
