What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant/Real Estate Researcher position at The Cook Group Appraisal?
We are in need of a Property Researcher/Office Assistant. The position is part time requiring approximately 15-20 hours per week. Typical past daily hours have been Monday-Friday, 1:00pm - 5:00pm or 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm with some flexibility around parenting or college schedules etc. This individual must be experienced with computers and computer programs such as Excel and Microsoft Word. No real estate experience needed.
Basic duties include: Real Estate Research - Researching data and maps for properties, helping put together appraisal reports, and at times delivering appraisals and other items as needed throughout the valley (Must have your own car) - Phones - Other office duties as required.
Experience in typing and transcribing is a plus.
