The Ford Agency is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the successful and team-oriented membership department of a growing non-profit. The Membership Associate will maintain and build relationships and provide excellent customer service. This is a terrific opportunity for an individual with a solid foundation in association membership to join a collaborative team!
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain relationships with current members
- Research and proactively connect with potential new members
- Communicate regularly with members; informing them of benefits, daily activities, and answer their inquiries
- Oversee the process for new member applications and renewals
- Collaborate with team members to create strategies for engagement and retention
- Identify trends to drive utilization and tailored support to members
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 years professional experience with membership sales, client management, customer service, fundraising or communications
- CRM, Salesforce, or data management experience a plus
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
