Customer Service Representative – Accounting Team
- Monsey, NY 10952 Office - Onsite training then role moves to mostly remote (onsite 1x per month after for meetings)
- Training usually lasts less than 1 week
Pay Rate: $20 per hour W2
Duration: temp to perm; 6 months to start
Schedule: M-F, 40 hours per week
· Assist clients as needed with questions about invoices, payments, services provided or other assistance as needed
· Maintain positive billing relationships with clients
· Reach out to clients with outstanding balances
· Assist with other Accounting Department functions as needed
Qualifications
· Customer service or bookkeeping or billing experience
· Strong communication and documentation skills, ability to follow up and maintain relationships with clients
· Basic Excel and other Microsoft programs
· High School Diploma required
