The Hunting Consortium Ltd. arranges international sightseeing and hunting adventures in over 54 countries worldwide. We have a small staff in our US-based office and several field managers in various locations abroad.
Requirements:
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to use AI tools effectively for improving efficiency in tasks such as proofreading, editing, data analysis, and content generation.
- Strong Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving Skills (Reading, Editing, etc.)
- Ability to manipulate small pieces of data with extreme focus and accuracy.
- Strong Reading Comprehension and Proofreading/Editing Skills

Applicant must be able to prioritize tasks and address the most critical and pressing demands first.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Create and update price lists, ensuring accurate formatting and content, including text and image manipulation in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Compose travel packet letters (using base/example letters).
- Ensure all items on the “Travel Packet Checklist” are enclosed or attached in the packet.
- Manage the company calendar by tracking contracts, deposits, and updates to ensure accuracy.
- Use AI tools to enhance document proofreading, workflow efficiency, and data organization.
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, organizing, and ordering supplies.
- Answer phone calls, field customer questions, and provide general customer service.
- Assist in proofreading and editing important documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain focus and productivity in an open office environment with potential distractions.
