We are looking to hire a Front Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for leading the administrative activities of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the office
- Lead and assist in front office operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, service contracts, purchasing, and support of the sales and service departments.
- Coach and delegate duties to front office team members
- Maintain ERP System
- Recommend and implement process improvements
- Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
- Perform other office tasks as assigned
- 5 years work experience preferred
- Experience in managing team members
- Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
