The Lab in Warsaw, IN is looking for one client specialist/repair technician to join our team. We are located on 120 E Center St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and works well within a team. This will require you to be able to handle fast paced at times. We are a growing company which means there will be opportunity for growth in skills and position.
Responsibilities
- Creating Smiles aka Customer Service
- Checking in and checking out clients within our software.
- Helping clients with issues(software, hardware, usability, etc)
- Repairing electronics (phone screens, batteries, charging ports, tablets, etc)
- Advising and selling used devices that best meet the clients needs
- Opening and closing the store
- On the Job Training provided
