Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in developing and posting job descriptions for various roles, including RBTs, BCBAs, and administrative staff.
- Conduct onboarding sessions, ensuring new hires are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and address workplace issues promptly.
- Mediate conflicts and foster positive communication between team members.
- Celebrate employee milestones and oversee initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and morale.
- HR Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws, including regulations specific to ABA therapy practices.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, certifications, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee leave management and ensure compliance with FMLA and other applicable policies.
- Benefits Administration:
- Support benefits enrollment and answer employee questions related to health insurance, retirement plans, and other offerings.
- Track and manage paid time off (PTO) and floating holiday requests.
- Training and Development:
- Collaborate with the training department to coordinate professional development opportunities for staff.
- Monitor mandatory certifications (e.g., RBT renewals) and assist employees in meeting requirements.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the implementation of performance reviews and provide recommendations for professional growth.
- Recognize outstanding employee performance through appreciation programs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in healthcare, education, or ABA settings.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., ADP, Smartsheets).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
