To make the best first impression & provide effective customer service. Promote positive public relations with residents, family members and guests. Be attentive to surroundings and help as necessary.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Answer phones with proper phone etiquette & direct all calls in a polite & friendly manner to the appropriate person.
Monitor the doors as to incoming & outgoing persons.
Maintain lobby area in an orderly manner, free from clutter.
Report unusual incidents to management.
Interact with the residents & greet incoming visitors. Direct visitors to proper locations.
Provide clerical support for the administrative staff.
If you have…
Previous experience in customer service.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English & Spanish.
Computer literacy with extensive knowledge of Microsoft programs.
