We are a busy restaurant/lounge/event facility in search of a full-time go-getter to join our team who is positive and energetic with excellent customer service skills. As part of our team, you must be a self-starter, with a bubbly outgoing demeanor, and a willingness to be flexible within a fast-paced organization. The position requires excellent people skills, the ability to multitask and strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel). Our ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic and be punctual and dependable.
SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE from $70,000 to $175,000 per YEAR

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
- Greeting patrons, vendors, and applicants
- Answering, screening/forwarding calls
- Handle all incoming clients
- Handle all incoming mail & packages
- Appointment scheduling
- Scheduling dinner reservations
- Data entry
- Ordering building and office supplies
- Maintaining operations schedules
- Serving as the main point of contact for event site visits
- Screening client inquiries regarding private parties
- Assist in planning event logistics
- Prepare and maintain event timelines
Compensation is commensurate with skill level and experience.
