What You'll Do:
- Drive new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute targeted outreach campaigns.
- Educate prospects on the value of TPC's services, focusing on our ability to streamline HR processes and enhance workforce management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, tracking interactions and opportunities.
- Partner with HCM Advisors to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or similar role in the HR Tech industry.
