Responsibilities
The Pete Store is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to play a critical role in supporting our Sales & Finance teams. This position is essential to the smooth operation of our sales process, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient coordination between sales, finance, service, and our valued customers. - Maintain proactive communication: Serve as a central point of contact, fostering clear and consistent communication among Finance, Sales, Service, and Customers, addressing inquiriespromptly and professionally.
- Facilitate smooth financial closings: Provide essential support to the Finance Manager in closing transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
- Ensure seamless sales transactions: Manage the complete documentation process for truck sales, including preparation of state forms, processing warranties, and title work.
- Oversee title management: Maintain accurate records of titles, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and facilitating smooth transfers of ownership.
- Organize and manage digital files: Utilize SharePoint to effectively manage and organize documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Streamline truck delivery scheduling: Collaborate closely with sales staff and the Finance Manager to efficiently schedule truck deliveries, minimizing delays and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Showcase truck inventory online: Maintain up-to-date truck inventory information on The Pete Store website, attracting potential buyers and facilitating the sales process.
- Expedite service requests: Prepare detailed and accurate service request forms, enabling prompt and efficient service for our customers.
